TOWN OF COPAKE CLEAN-UP DAY The Town of Copake hosts an annual clean-up day every spring. Residents are permitted to dispose of unwanted household items such as broken lawn chairs, mattresses, tires, etc. Household garbage or hazardous waste are NOT permitted. FOURTH OF JULY BOAT PARADE Starting at Southwest Colony, the always popular boat parade features watercraft of all types taking a slow tour around the lake to the delight of participants and shoreline onlookers. Afterwards, all can gather at The Lighthouse. Decorate your boat or watercraft to compete for the coveted award of having your name engraved on the silver trophy.
